What is the difference between Standard and Half-log?
Standard and Half-log refers to the drawer front options that are available. Therefore, only items with drawers would have this upgrade available. Our standard drawer fronts are flat-panel, solid aspen while are Half-log drawer fronts are three small logs laminated together and shaped to form one drawer front. The half-log option is very popular among those wishing to give the furniture some extra rustic flare.
What is the difference between Standard and Extended?
A standard desk comes with a set of drawers on one side whereas an extended desk has drawers on both sides. Therefore, if a hutch is ordered it is important to order the same size as the desk.
Do you use drawer slides or are your drawers wood-on-wood?
We strive to produce a quality and practical product. We recently upgraded the type of drawer slides we use. We now offer, as standard, full-extending ball-bearing drawer slides (chrome). This supports our goal of continuous product improvement.
Are the shelves adjustable on the hutch?
Yes.
Is there any extra hardware I need for the filing cabinets?
No, all drawers that are file size come equipped with the hardware needed to hold standard sized folders.
